MyPlant II System

The concept of a two-phase titanium implant with a progressive thread and a self-locking cone was developed by Prof. Dr. med. dent. Georg-Hubertus Nentwig and Dr.-Ing. Walter Moser over 30 years ago and established to clinical maturity.

High primary stability, a micro-movement free and bacteria-proof implant abutment connection and deep platform switching soon proved to be superior components providing exceptional long-term success. The two-phase titanium implant has currently been taken one step further with the MyPlant II system. MyPlant II is a state-of-the-art design for use in implant therapy.

High Primary Stability

  • High primary stability through progressive thread design and three-step preparation technique
  • Tensions in the cortical bone are avoided

Subcrestal Placement

  • Subcrestal Placement through microstructured surface and deep Platform-Switching
  • Promotion of osseointegration
  • Stable bony incorporation and a better supporting of soft tissue

 

Singnificantly Greater Fatigue Strength

  • Significantly greater fatigue strength due to reinforced and extended inner cone
  • Non-indexed cone connection allows free positioning of angled abutments
  • Self-locking, rotation stable internal cone connection creates a precise seal

 

Soft Tissue Support

  • Deep Platform Switching allows for sufficient approximal space which is crucial for establishing a stable soft tissue cuff between implants
  • A minimum inter-implant interval is not stipulated for the MyPlant II system

Simplified Prosthetic Concept

  • The emergence profile is shaped exclusively by the basis of the prosthetic elements
  • Cement-free mounting through occlusal screw channels in all abutments
  • „ONE prosthesis for ALL“
